SAVE-A-HOMEOWNER-ACT

SAVE-A-HOMEOWNER-ACT

Bad times make for great news .I am glad that the federal and state government have sent millions of dollars to train hundreds of foreclosure counselors but if that same amount was  given to the actual homeowners we would not have a crisis, ask yourself why do homeowners need counselors to make a deal with the banks?

because the banks refuse to do the right thing.

That’s like throwing Michael Phelps A life preserver when he is being chased by a shark.; nice to keep him afloat but he needs real help to stop the shark.

 the banks  are the sharks.

These bail-outs must be conditional. the treasury department must tell these banks to work with the homeowners.

The ordinary person will get no relief  from the bank unless it is mandatory.

Now that they have a bailout they will be even more reluctant to work with home owners.

they don’t need to look good politically  –they already got they’re money.

It  is time to pass the Save a Homeowner Act this law would make it mandatory that in order to receive loans ,governments guarantee ,special tax breaks, or any type of government help.

these banks Must offer the same options to homeowners.

They Must freeze all foreclosures for 90 days.

They Must give homeowners the option to rewrite their loans

They Must allow refinancing  at the best going rate after two years of no-late payments.

They Must take all late payments off of your credit report with in 12 months

This is a real rescue plan for real people.

..so how about it congress… lets have national save a homeowner day.!!
